Your responsibilities:
* Daily business communication with partners (Spanish language on daily basis)
* Cooperation with other MANN+HUMMEL branches
* Administration of purchasing requirements initiated by M+H colleagues
* Preparation and revision documents within the supplier-customer relations
* Other administrative activities including purchasing and logistics process
Your profile:
* Education: University degree or high school education in relevant field of Purchasing or Business Administration
* Experience: 1-2 years previous experience with administration and communication with customers and suppliers required
* Required Skills: MS Office, SAP knowledge
* Languages: Fluency in Spanish (B2/C1 level) and English language (B1 level)
* Competencies: Good communication skills, well organized
