Would you like to analyse and solve complex incidents in AR processes? We are looking for a colleague who will be providing a support to our Spanish finance operations. Your experience in Spanish accounting and dealing with customers are welcome !
– Coordinate process: customer accounts clearing, non-operational invoicing management, customer-supplier compensations.
– Perform AR processes: issue invoices, applying payments, booking promissory notes, clearing customer accounts, etc.
– Resolve complex AR accounting issues or processes
– Support IBM team if any problem occurs: booking payments and promissory notes, direct debit, cash allocation etc.
– Execution and automation of commercial reports for Spain and UK
• Degree in Economics and Business studies / Administration / Finance
• +2 years of professional experience in accounting
• Knowledge in SAP FI
• Excel knowledge at excellent level is a must
• Knowledge VBA programming is welcome
• Very good Spanish and English
