At the Shared Service Center in Prague, we provide internal services on a global level. We are currently looking for a colleague to strenghten our IT Service Desk team. IT Service Desk provides 1st level support for all BENTELER employees worldwide.
Do you speak good English, Spanish & Portuguese?
And would you like to really use it every working day?
Are you comfortable with computers in general?
Are you an individual who likes to support and help other people?
In case of positive answers you are the right candidate for us!
* receive user´s IT requests and incidents coming by phone, e-mail or IT Self Service
* analyze, evaluate and solve the requests, if necessary forward them to 2nd level
* inform users about solving and fixing their requests and incidents
* record all contacts in IT Service Desk tool – Service Now
* handle the requests and incidents according to agreed processes and time frames
* cooperate with other teams and departments to solve all requests and incidents
* install and administrate available systems, SW and HW
* maintain and extend Knowledge database
* good spoken and written knowledge (B1-B2) of English and Spanish & Portuguese
* good user-level PC skills (MS Office)
* analytical thinking
* detail-orientation and ability to keep system
* very good communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
