CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST Inbound with French or Portuguese or Italian or Spanish or Polish or Norvegian or Finnish and others
Are you passionate about helping others and providing exceptional customer service? If so, we are seeking a talented Customer Service Support Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will primarily communicate with existing customers via telephone and email/chat. You will also be responsible for processing data from clients and recording it in the system, as well as communicating with international clients in Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
* Communicating with existing customers via telephone and email/chat
* Processing data from clients and recording it in the system
* Communicating with international clients in Europe
* Cooperating with colleagues in the team
Qualifications:
* No special knowledge or education required, as training will be provided
* Must have language proficiency of at least C1 level for communication with clients from different countries
* Must have communicative English proficiency at least B2 level
* Previous customer service experience is an advantage
