An international company, focused on medical devices production and distribution in Prague, is currently seeking for an IT Support to join their team.
Start: possible immediately
Salary: 37 000 – 40 000 CZK / month gross
Your main responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for users in a service desk/call center environment
* Aswer Service Desk phone calls.
* Process and resolve Incidents & Service Requests.
* Track all relevant Incident and Service Request details.
* Categorize, prioritize, and close tickets.
* Provide first-line investigation and diagnosis of moderately complex incidents.
* Escalate highly complex issues to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
* Monitor service desk system for tickets assigned to the Help Desk queue and process based on priority.
What you will need to succeed
Excellent knowledge of English and Spanish languages
Good computer skills (MS Office Suite) and ability to operate general office machinery (scanning and printing machines)
Familiarity with Windows OS, Active Directory, VPN, MFA
Pro-activity in finding solutions, problem-solving attitude
Advanced organisational skills
High level of independence, accountability
