In the role of you will be reporting directly to Head of Customer Support and will be crucial to department operations, primarily by supporting the CS teams with overseeing the ticketing work and reporting. This position will require a lot of stakeholder management as well as ability to work independently and prioritize tasks according to department needs. This role is a supporting role to operation’s teams, focusing more on back office tasks.
Main Tasks:
* Responsible for Ticketing (Jira) review, update and resolution
* First point of contact and managing queries for Digital (Spark, Memotain, Insignia) process
* Maintain and manage CS department’s reports
* Support with Master Data updates
* Work with department Head and Supervisors, as well as with stakeholders on Digital processes
* Maintains customer records by updating account information.
* Support operations in high seasons and/or upon request
* Support in department Projects and initiatives
* Follows communication procedures, guidelines and policies
* Performs other responsibilities/duties that may be assigned
Job Requirements:
* Experience in customer service job (process knowledge Core and Digital)
* Technically minded (this role requires to dive deep into the information)
* Spanish language is an advantage (B1 and higher)
* Business level of English is required
* Good communication skills
* Good stakeholder management
* Good proficiency in Excel (and other Data tools preferred )
* Intelligent and pro-active in finding solutions
* Independent, self-motivated, and goal-oriented working style
* Good organizational and administrative skills, able to multi-task, prioritize and manage workloads
