In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-Portuguese speaking clients, offering assistance and solutions with proficiency in the Spanish-Portuguese language.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats.

Who You Are:
* Have great listening skills and passion to help others

* Are able to analyze information and solve problems

* Have some basic IT skills
* Have Spanish, Portuguese and English on communicative level
